Haya
Founder and Wig specialist
Haya started hand making wigs in Israel when she was 14 years old, completing her professional courses there, then continuing and perfecting her skills in New York. Now, with almost 50 years of experience, she has perfected her design and construction methods. Haya has been able to create a product that has huge benefits to our clients' comfort and beauty.
Zephaniah
Owner and Office support
Zephaniah has worked in IT since 1968 and as a private consultant in his own company since 1985. He has a degree in Mathematics and Statistics, and has attended both Princeton and MIT. Zephaniah uses his many years of experience every day at Waks Wigs, doing the behind-the-scenes tasks and communicating with our clients electronically.
Marilin
Manager and Marketing
Marilin studied marketing and business management, and has worked various fields in customer service. She has mastered the ability to interact with clients in a caring, patient, professional and understanding manner and conducts consultation and appointments with integrity. She has completed Specialty Wig Training with Haya and is a master at repairs and adjustments from thinning hair on wigs to adjusting cap sizes and more.
Ilana
Hairdresser and Customer Service
Ilana has been working with wigs for almost 8 years. During this time, she has gained much knowledge and skill in cutting, styling and colouring. Ilana completed Specialty Wig Training with Haya which has furthered her knowledge and practical skills. If you are having trouble deciding on a colour or style, Ilana is more then happy to offer advice and suggestions to suit your needs.
